Climate Survey

Today is the last day to complete the 2026 Family Climate Survey. Each year, our school district conducts a district-wide survey of students,
staff, and families to gather valuable input on school climate. Your responses are confidential and will help us identify strengths and areas for growth.

Take a few minutes to complete the survey linked here. It will remain open through today.

Step Up Day

Step-Up Day is a special event where students get to visit their next year's classroom and meet their future teacher. It's designed to ease the uncertainty many students feel about moving up a grade. By spending time in the new classroom environment, students can ask questions, meet some of their future classmates, and get a feel for what to expect. This experience helps reduce anxiety by making the unknown more familiar—students leave feeling more confident, excited, and prepared for the upcoming school year.

Music Celebrations

Last week, we enjoyed the last two musical performances of the season. On Tuesday evening, the 5th grade band performed a variety of songs, and the audience celebrated the tremendous growth they have made since they started this year. Earlier that day, 4th graders performed a recorder concert for 2nd and 3rd graders. Learning the recorder is a good introduction to playing wind instruments while also reinforcing musical concepts that have been learned throughout the year.

Moving?

If your family is moving and will not be returning to Fawn Hollow, contact the Main Office so that we can prepare your child's records and make a plan for Step Up Day!

PBIS CARE Assembly

On Friday, we held our last CARE assembly of the year. One student from each classroom was awarded the CARE Student of the Marking Period for consistently demonstrating respect, responsibility, and safety in all school settings.

At the assembly, children also learned about appreciation, and before the year ends, they are challenged with showing their appreciation for both a teacher and a classmate.

2026 End Of Year PIcnic

Warm weather, great food, bounce houses, music, games, and more! Families had a wonderful time at the end-of-the-year picnic.

Thank you to the army of PTO volunteers who made this event possible. It was a night of celebration and community building.
